Sorry I am late... The owner was Funding Zone.

I am sure many of the offices are family oriented too... but honestly the spin offs are getting old and if you did work with direct partners who do NOT offer third party partnerships I am sure they wouldn't work with someone strategically until they can represent themselves and the product in the right light. Your website is godaddy basic and your social network site are not up to date with any of your new company information etc. You are trying to suck brokers into sending you deals.

    Bye Felicia.

I am familiar with both of these companies and there is no relationship between Phoenix and Funding Zone.

The owner came from there. I don't know him but If you want to start adding up the years of experience at places we can. I respect the Broker who hustles and if they do work with agents or whatever it's out of trust. Not throwing things out there in a sales pitch. We're all in sales - can't sell each other on what we know. To me this is preying on those who don't know any better. If someone really wanted mentorship or a partner for their "brokering" their are other things to look for and a sales pitch is not the first to start with.

I stand corrected. I didn't know Anthony started off there.

convinced that a sizable portion of brokers have no other marketing strategy other than to portray themselves as funders and collect their skim whitelabeling.

I cater to the ISO who doesn't need their hand held every step of the way. And if there is an iso who does need their hand held, that's OK too, but a lying ISO is a lying ISO at the end of the day.

So yes Marcus, i believe you are wrong.
Perhaps that's what separates our firms. I always felt that the new ISO may need help and we are there to service them! my introduction email to new ISO's has been to never feel the need to question yourselves for a split second before calling a mantis Account Manager ! even if its 100 times a day...
