    Commercial arv & construction

    Recommendations for Commercial ARV lender? I mean commercial as in office, retail, industrial, etc... Not just multifamily above 4 units.

    Looking for rehab lender for Commercial as well as recommendation for construction lender for commercial(not just multifamily).

    So, when i hear commercial ARV, Most people are trying purchase based on the potential value so they have very little out of pocket upfront, is this what you are reffering to ?

    If you have not found a lender go to this site www.2getfunded.com this company can do land to complete construction. Look the site over and run your own loan scenario.

    When you say “this company can do....” what you really mean is “my company will broker it”. Right?

    I only say that because the website says to contact Michael Cooper, and your screen name is Cooper. Guessing not a coincidence.

    I love the part where it says " Brokered to hundreds of lenders nationwide" talk about credit inquiries, I would suggest before they start brokering anything, they understand the different product lines that lenders have to offer -
