Have a merchant with bad credit but has collateral to pledge with no loans on it. Who can do this?

Lift Forward. Par is trying. I think PledgeCap used to do non RE collateral if I'm not mistaken but I haven't heard of them in a minute.

LiftForward won't work with "bad" credit

The big question is - What's the collateral and how much is it worth and how much is he looking for? We can help you with the expectations if you give us a bit more than "similar to WBL" because there are many reasons why someone would or wouldn't go with WBL.

Is it real estate? Depends on the type of collateral and the state

That should be pretty easy if you're willing to do the work. Up to 50% LTV as long as it's not rural. Give me an email to discuss.

I'm amazed that someone from WBL hasn't tried to get this deal on here yet.

For such a deal, it sounds like WBL would be really expensive, there are other private money lenders who can do it. Unless it's a primary residence, in which case WBL would truly be the only path for a regular non-licensed real estate broker like you and me.
