Hey Stat! We work with California and can assist you if you do not have a CA Lenders License on this deal. There is a lot of review for this one and franchising agreements/alt financing can be a headache depending on the franchisee.

Can't make decisions for you but your best bet is to safeguard this deal and not (repeat) NOT go with your typical MCA hand raiser. PM me if you want to review. There is a good amount of training that can be learned from this too

Merchant has 11 franchise locations in the east coast. With total yearly revenue of $6.7 million. He is looking to refinance the current debt that he has on those 11 locations and purchase and remodel 18 more locations. Those 18 Locations bring in close to $12 million a year. He is looking for $6.5 million with a minimum term of 7 years. He has an offer from a bank, but he does not like the terms. Please send me a PM.
