This equity relationship I have just sent me another one. Any ideas for another international one in London?

- Property worth $140mm USD)

- The property was on a mortgage that was settled in December 13th 2018 (Mortgage was serviced by a bank in Australia that is pulling out of UK and therefore the owner paid off the mortgage and cleared the title)

- The company has reached out to Royal Bank of Scotland and was not successful in getting a term sheet.

- Client was able to find financing via Singapore group for
rate 5%
term 36 month
80Million USD - but would take three months to close - as a result didn't work

- Owner is looking for max LTV around 5% interest rate but would only draw 30Million USD. Preferably would like to close in 4 to 5 weeks time due to cash flow reasons.
