Just to clarify, Ryan is still in a Senior Management Role in Retail Capital, he is by no stretch of the imagination "out". I am very excited about the opportunities that lie ahead.

He had an upper management sales role back in 2011, I started in 2012 so I did not get to meet him. I am unaware if he had an equity position at the time of his involvement.
