Any MCA Lender doing $1MM over 18-24 months does $3.5 Gross annually

I don't see a funder giving a merchant almost THREE TIMES monthly deposits. Never heard of such a thing

No MCA will do it for that much. Use RE to get it done if merchant truly needs 1M. Even the unsecured term lenders will not go that high

there are MCA lenders that will give 1m offers but not if he is only doing 350k a month. He would need to be doing 2-3mill a month for it to stand. That's like a merchant doing 30k and getting 100k offer not happening.

There are a few, Strategic used to go up to mill or more they just have to really like the deal, BFS says they can but Ive never seen them go that high, Influx will, TVT, Par, Libertas, LiftForward (if there is property they max at 2mill) and couple bottom of the barrel lenders that will go high also. But to hit that mark that is extreme amount of exposure for one lender. usually a merchant that can qualify for that amount can qualify for better programs than an mca.

Our product is a hybrid between an MCA and hard money lender. If the client owns real estate, we can work on this deal.
-Daily/weekly payments
-3-5 times the monthly revenue
-We accept raw land, industrial, commercial, and residential (can be primary) properties as collateral
-Will go in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th position if there's enough equity
-We can utilize multiple properties in order to achieve the loan amount desired
-Terms 6-24 months
-Loan amount can range from $25K-$4m (flexible if equity and deposits are there).

I do understand your program is for a very specific niche of clients only....but why would anyone ever pay MCA rates sometimes even more then that while putting up collateral? I sent a deal to WBL once for pricing guy had 650 credit over 700k in equity one position outstanding and WBL came back with pricing of a 9 month 1.62 buy rate. Never not even my worst enemy would I send a deal to WBL again.
