Hey All,

We're moving into a new office space within the next few weeks in Bayside, Queens, with the intention of immediately hiring 3 inside sales reps who will mostly work with accurate and recent UCC data to start, and all of whom will be trained to eventually lead teams, manage pipelines and close deals A to Z, as we continue to hire later this year. All of our managing partners have worked for ISOs with a wide range of combinations of commission/salary/hourly/bonus structures, so given that we assume lead quality would affect that combination as well, it really seems like the possibilities are endless, so to speak, when it comes to compensation. In any of your experiences, what have you found to be the most effective compensation to cultivate a core of competent, motivated, and loyal sales employees? Thanks in advance for your responses...it's much appreciated!
