    House Flipper/Real Estate CO owner Looking for LOC or Monthly Payment Plan $99k-$150k

    Client brings in on average $250k-$300k a month.
    720 Fico
    CA
    TIB 8 years

    Blue Vine declined due to industry restriction
    LoanMe tried raping him at 39% and a 10% OG fee.
    OnDeck only offered like $50k.



    He's rate sensitive given the industry hes in. He may be open to a low rate hard money loan if there was a relatively quick turnaround time.

    You're pitching the wrong product. He needs a fix and flip (rehab) loan/line of credit that is specific to the property and borrower liquidity through a mortgage lender. That is your best bet. Message me if you want to discuss further.
