Merchant is back on paying us, he's desperately trying to get his 5k back, Claims he was really convinced that "SUFFOLK CONSULTING" was working with us
& had negotiated a settlement.

Shashtill, please understand that the Suffolk person reached out offering to debt settlement services — why else would the merchant block payments? Did he sign a contract? No. So what transaction transpired that would make blocking legit? There is none.

I hear ya, Not sorry anymore..LOL ( the merchant is in his mid 70's, so that's the only reason I'm giving him benefit of the doubt...for now)
