Yeah if the merchant doesn't mind a CC split. Also need to know the balances.

Merchant is saying the first two do not have a UCC.

Balances of the first two are $25K combined. Not sure on the other one yet.

At best we'd probably be able to match the last deal that they took. Unless it's an aggressive CC split, no one is giving you more than the last funding amount they got. Please feel free to reach out if I can be of any help here.

no open UCC, WE have funded 150% monthly cc volume with 1.22 buy rates. as long as the other lenders are not drawing daily this makes for an easy funding.

They may be depositing $100K a month, but how much are they paying to these companies? Who cares the balance, what are the payments?! If they are paying $30,000 to these funds, then UWing takes that out of their deposits, so they are only doing $70K per month. How much was the last funding for? 99% of funds out there will NOT go in for more than the last deal, so if the last deal was $30K, then they shouldn't be sold more than that (realistically).

One saving grace here is that many funds do NOT consider the monthly KABBAGE & LENDING deals in their advance totals, so then it becomes a second position.

Issue is, you need to leave the merchant with some money to operate the business. So instead of demanding a certain dollar amount, work with what is realistically offered.

Know your product, know your customer.
