There are a sh*t ton of Companies claiming to do consolidations or reverse consolidations. I swear - use the search button on the top right and search "consolidations"

Since 2015 this has been a talk and there are constant Companies that claim they do consolidations for MCAs but DO NOT. If they say they do CONSOLIDATIONS - Unsecured - or Reverse Consolidations - know there are only 3 credible Companies right now (Jan 2019) that can do a reverse within a weeks time. THIS DOES NOT COUNT YOU IN-HOUSE "My Company does this too!" - IF they do it more "in house" they don't count because those Companies do NOT give their outside partners the same advantage and ask the questions and REQUEST what is needed to qualify for one.

PM me your email and i'll send training this week on submission qualification and guidelines for the Companies and send you to them directly to sign up as an ISO.

Yeah, brokers claiming they are funders that do consolidations is the newest marketing ploy for ISOs to get stacking leads. It’s all bull****.

we do reverses ... very low risk but must login every single week to verify account, what a pain

All very interesting. We have a client doing $1M per month- in growth mode- that took on over $1m in advance debt behind a term loan.

We have coordinated a revolver (LOC) to take out the term note (and save the client 10k per month), and a portion of the advances (still 850k in balances). Have had conversations with several Funders, and their Underwriting to consolidate the balance is not based on increased cash flow, an inter-credit agreement, or or even available assets to attach to.

Consolidations cannot be done in a vacuum. Each situation is unique as each company is. Until a Funder truly understands the path in which the client will no longer need advances there will not be a true solution.

We deploy our own capital (purchase of future receivables up to 150k) on consolidations- when we KNOW the money is a Bridge to a long term solution. We are not interested in being a 'Direct Funder' but rather a direct solutions provider. If the client/broker wants a real solution- we are happy to give an honest assessment- and provide one if/when it makes sense to do so. Our partners earn twice on those deals- once on the Bridge and then again on the long term solution.
