Anyone know lenders that are flexible enough to do deed transfer refis with cash out without having to grill the corp members?

I have an LLC looking to refi their property into a corp. In reality, it's a bunch of partners buying one another out using real estate properties.

At the end of the day, none of the deals is ever higher than 60% LTV.

Ex.: Property appraised @ $3.2MM where borrower wants $1.9MM, paying off existing lien, then straight cash out the difference.

If you know which lenders do this, please let me know ASAP!

refi into a corporation isn't an issue, no need to grill anyone.
