If both Lenders are aware of it, there is no issue. Double Funding and concealing prior funding would be an issue.
This is an industry of stacking, what the **** are you talking about?
AND WHO WOULD STACK ALL THEIR MERCHANTS? THIS IS A STUPID QUESTION
If the stack is needed, and allowed I will stack them (this term stack im referring to is fund 2 positions back to back - not stack as in fund another position in general), few and far between.Last edited by ryan $; 01-09-2019 at 01:23 PM.

I hate moronic comments like this. Nice Catch, lol.
I assure you the lenders I work with and fund regularly with, love me.
And YS Notoriously stacks all the time. Me funding a 2nd Position 2 weeks after funding a 1st, with all parties aware........just shut up
Worry about your own ISO Agreements
I ****ing hate Ignorance. Ive been in this industry my entire adult life. Never had an ISO Agreement terminated or been reprimanded by a lender.

You people act like the 1st Position is an A Paper Lender.
You people have no idea what your talking about.
Brokertime, a search of your posts reveal all you do is troll and talk ****, literally on every post you make.
Also, you can doubt all you want. The 1st Position knew I was going to stack them, and know i stacked them, because they were maxed out on their offer due to no cash advance history and the way the banks were. This is a high risk deal all the way. I could of funded YS first then stacked with the 1st instead of vice versa. It wouldnt of mattered.
But again, Mr I have 13 Posts, what you could teach me about this industry couldnt fit on a match head.
I sound like a ***** for what? Talking **** when people assume i violate my ISO Agreement by jumping to conclusions?
Here is the bottom line, and I wont comment any more on this thread.
I share my personal experience. I know what happened. This isnt a wild accusation. Its a fact.
I shared it with the community, and made sure to mention it wasnt my view of yellowstone as a whole, just a bad rep.
Thanks and have a wonderful life, you sound like a *****.
If you guys have never stacked or souble funded in this industry and say things like "the 1st position would of just raised their offer" - That is not the case with most high risk shops.
Take Wide Merchant, If you submit a deal to Wide, then fund another offer, 9 times out of 10 the wide offer will still stand, and if you dont fund it they will try themselves after their 2 week window is over. Mainstreet will also fund behind someone as long as debt isnt above 50%.
I had one deal where ACE and Capcall both funded same day, then both renewed same day a few months later.
Stacking in the high risk space is the norm.Last edited by ryan $; 01-09-2019 at 10:32 AM.

I have had my issues with Yellowstone capital in the past but most of the time all issues have been handled properly.
The facts are this, they receive almost every submission in the industry 5 times.
they fund more high risk deals than every other high risk funder combined.
I don know the facts in Ryan case but every time I had this issue it always turned out that the app was submitted by another iso.
ps. Avi Dahan is still the best rep they have threre

Practice business what way? By funding 2nd Positions? This is Insanity.
My docs were lined up, i didnt lose the deal.
Im not lashing out. I have a 0 tolerance level for stupidity. Getting a file backdoored did not nearly annoy me as much as all the idiotic comments. And I lashed out? I repeated someones phrase back to them, of sounding like a *****.
And Practice business what way? Fund a 2nd Position all parties knew about? Again, worry about your business, your iso agreement, not me. Ive been in this industry longer then most of you put together.
And Im not sorry I speak my mind, I always will, people like me for it.
If someone backdoors me, Ill share it. If a funder most people hate does right, i share that too - as evidenced by me defending Par.
I have my own beliefs. I do business my way. Saying I fund 1 deal a month is laughable. My first week of employment while most people attempt closing, i probably outdid your best week on the books. It is moronic to say it is wrong to fund a 1st then a 2nd 2 weeks later, point blank, that is moronic. Youve never gotten an approval Phrased "We cant compete on the first but can give you XXX at XXX days as a 2nd" - Its like you guys live in the world of 1st position only lenders still. Stacking is a major part of this business, and does not violate ISO Agreements in all cases.
I dont care what forum people think of me, I share my experiences, that is all.
** Also, Ive posted my name here before, and signed up ISOs from this forum. My name is Ryan.Last edited by ryan $; 01-09-2019 at 01:11 PM.

This will be my last post on this thread - as I just have to reiterate, I have no issue with YS as a whole.
This speaks volumes about the rep and his situation, if times were ever that tough i had to steal a 10k deal, id find a new industry.

I think you should or hope you do:
1. Rage out on all your internal coworkers and associates; blame them too
And
2. use a lot of drugs to help blow off that steam, and then repeat 1 2 1 2...
This is great for biz
Or just come laugh at other people on daily funder and keep your mouth shut
