I gave a guy his 1st Position 2 weeks ago. Submitted to YS for a second.

    I get a 10k Offer.

Then a subsidiary of Yellowstone Magically calls my merchant and sends him a contract for 12k.

I have the Contracts and the Merchant never submitted anywhere else, there is no multi broker scenario, it is theft.

Not Bashing YS as a whole. Just our Rep.
Do you stack all your merchants? And if yes why would you put that in writing

Good catch Michael, Ryan stacked his merchant 2 weeks later, could be breach of merchants contract and also iso agreement,, and some wonder why Funders don't trust brokers either

If both Lenders are aware of it, there is no issue. Double Funding and concealing prior funding would be an issue.

This is an industry of stacking, what the **** are you talking about?

AND WHO WOULD STACK ALL THEIR MERCHANTS? THIS IS A STUPID QUESTION

If the stack is needed, and allowed I will stack them (this term stack im referring to is fund 2 positions back to back - not stack as in fund another position in general), few and far between.
