    Low Volume / Low Credit

    Hey guys:

This area is a missing link in my lending portfolio. Anyone you guys know that likes these types of deals or should I just throw them away? By low volume I don't mean deposit volume, I mean sub $10K monthly revenues with sub 600 scores.

Vader does that but they usually give 1.4 buy rates with 10 point upsell

50% of our pipeline consists of deals ranging from 5-15k - I Myself do At least 30-40 deals per month which are less than 10k. As long as the deals aren't negative everyday, we can fund most of them.

if the merchant is doing at least $5K per month, you can also give Merchant Cash Group (MCG) a try......or FORWARD....or LAST CHANCE

Those are good spots for the small deals

Marcus, those numbers will put pressure on wages (NYC already mandated $15/hr). This will either lead to cut in hours, or layoffs. OR....will give the Fed more reason to raise rates (which would hurt our business too)

$5k a month? that's almost less than what an Uber driver generates.

I am not sure it will hurt just yet.. i think economy in regards to our industry is like a rubber-band when things are not good it stretches (good for our business) but then like every good rubber-band at some point it Snaps (and it did just that in the mid 2000's when First Funds & Merit were very exposed (especially in the restaurant segment) and when people stopped spending (eating out) it had ripple effect to their portfolios. I have no idea if the long term funders can handle a repeat slowdown/recession.

LoanMe bases their decision on affordability; we are less concerned with revenue and focused in on the client's average daily bank balance over the past 90 days. Our minimum FICO requirement is 500.

Please feel free to give me a call for more details (949) 535-7384.
