Does anybody know of a true lender that will do a true consolidation. There is a story to it.

My customer does $20mm annual gross. Took out 5 different loans in 2018 which was done by the CFO. Total amount is around $1.3mm

Looking to consolidate as much as they can. Has a property free and clear to lien if needed worth about $1mm

Any information will be appreciated

Yes, the collateral is helpful- however understanding the balance sheet (both the assets and liabilities) and earnings will determine if there is a path to a 'true consolidation.'
