Legal CBD can be approved by US Bancorp - the key word is "Legal" most stores will not be approved due to the additional products they sell - for those merchants contact me - I have a payment solution that does NOT involve credit cards.

Even those business that are doing large $$$ wholesale orders, we have a solution for them.

Indeed you may be correct, but, there is NOT any Acquiring Bank knowingly boarding Cannabis ( CBD Yes - 2 Banks)

All Cannabis applications are being falsified - you do have several companies offering work arounds, POB, Cashless ATM, etc.

Until Congress changes laws, we will have these issues.

There are non cashless ATM solutions out there, for debit cards with a PIN. I have a relationship with someone who specializes in this field. He's never falsified an application, and in 3 years never had a merchant who was shut down.

Someone in Colorado on Friday had a PIN Debit ATM system went down. Not the 1st time, nor will it be the last.

Two sides to the equation - a customer cannot utilize his/her Visa/MasterCard for an illegal product/service.

The issuing Bank has the control - I'm sure you recall when BOA & Chase informed their customers they could not purchase Bitcoin using their Bank Issued Cards.

Cannabis is still illegal at the Federal Level ( Unfortunately) and many POB have gone down, some go live again, but, more failures than successes.

My phone ringing with merchants seeking solutions tells me of the trend
