    Besides AMEX and National, can anyone fund a restaurant on an Indian reservation?

    A sovereign state? you can't even sue them in state court. let them fund all they want !

    I'm curios if someone commits fraud at an Indian reservation and or murder they don't fall under state law ?

    No they don't. But you do have to go to a tribal court which from what I hear is very one sided and can get very ugly.

    We can look at it if it qualifies for a credit card split. We don't have an issue with it being on a reservation.

    These deals aren’t easy to get done because the collection process is messy. Proven collections practices usually involve shooting the cattle and spreading smallpox on the reservation.

    are you direct or outsource your Splits? and who gets the monthly residual if processors changed?

    They're direct and they provide excellent offers. But you'll be required to change processing to them.

    ^ that is old school. good to see they can still switch merchants bankcard services in 2018. that disappeared tremendously from this industry over the years. every processor can market funding today so merchant's do not have to switch anymore

    We can do CDA (Lockbox) on deals $15,000 or greater or convert processing to one of our preferred partners (Sterling Payment, Evo Payment, First Data, TSYS)
