I have seen 9 months on 2nd positions with a nice early payoff schedule.

Yes, very good peeps at VitalCap... And most importantly fair and honest. They can get outside the box and stretch to get some deals done on term and rate. Been funding with them since 2015. I wasn't high volume then and not so high volume now but they have always paid attention even though I am not a large ISO production shop. Vital Cap is great. They fund super quick and actually use their brain on deals other lenders might not. Funded a guy an 11 month 200k deal 2nd pos behind ebf. No one wanted to do it because he had a few negs but because of time in business and the amount of money the merchant had invested into their business they went outside the box.

I general it’s a smooth process they pay you right away you know your **** won’t get stolen and they treat you with respect.

YUP, they're great.

Work hard, fund fast, docusign everything, decision logic, if they give you a pre approval it stick. Ive funded multiple deals with them that have funded same day. Lawrence is awesome.
