I need a lawyer to receive the wire & the docs from the lender so this deal be said & done. Lender is ready, buyer's lawyer is ready, seller's lawyer is ready. We just need a closing attorney TO-DAY please. Reputable guy who's used to doing commercial real estate closings on Long Island, NY.

I mean seriously, so you have two lawyers involved in the transaction and neither of them are real estate attorneys? and if they are, they have escrow accts and either of them could preform the closing themselves or call a title company that is run by an attorney... this is simple stuff.
