    PDMBLS-If the Company is billing $1.3mil/month they likely have well over $1.5Mil in receivables outstanding. That being said, they should factor their AR as they would get far more liquidity for the business. If they are factoring already and still need capital perhaps their current factor is way too expensive or not giving a good advance rate on AR.

    With only 5 deposits a month it sounds like they are currently factoring. They may want to get a competitive quote on the Advance Rate and Factoring Fees.
