just like title says, decent merchant has strong deposits, in NY, dentist office, 200k in deposits, no current positions, needs about 100k, huge hurdle is the 400k in tax liens but she is on a payment plan for them. if any lenders can do this and I mean actually do this please pm. Thank you

Pearl can get very aggressive on Dental offices even with tax liens that have payment plans
If the ending daily balances are strong, $100k is not out of the question

Either way, it will depend on the tax lien. Personal or business? If it's a business tax lien that is Payroll taxes, that's much hairier - that's like stealing, and not looked on as a "loan" from the government. (I have a client with a $1mm personal tax lien to the IRS, payment plan, and he did it on purpose since the cost is a mere 7% yearly! Cheapest loan he can find....)
