I work with Knight all the time, I have never heard of Tiger or have had any issues with them. I know people say they have trouble getting in touch with them but I havent had any issues at all. Definitely one of the better partners I work with

there was a post a while back stating Tiger is Knight in house sales force but I don't know if that hold any validation as I don't know myself.

I have a feeling if that was the case the name would have been more widely known than it is. Today is the first I have ever heard of Tiger. I could be wrong but they see, like too big a company to have an inside salesforce that nobody knows of

why do inside sales staff have alias names? why cant they just be that company name they work for. what's the purpose of having an alter ego

So the inside sales office can also get iso's to sign up with them to submit deals for one reason. Also successful inside sales offices make ISO worried that submissions could be backdoored.

Thats the case with most funders. Even the ones without big inside sales teams have something in place to handle deals that time out with their ISOs

yes horrible horrible service... but best deals lolol did quite alot of deals with them lately ...

Knight has the tendency to go quiet. Sometimes getting a response takes a day. But I still love them. Seems like all I have to do is upload the merchants email for a contract request, and they handle the rest (even getting DL and VC). I just sit back and wait for the funding email.
