    Anyone want to look at a solid 5th position?

    I have a merchant who does $150K - 0ver 50 deposits - owns his building and is carrying 4 MCA positions.

    He has a re-fi deal to cash out some $350k in equity from his building but needs an offer for an additional, 5th position to bridge him over until he closes.

    pm me if interested in looking at the file. Would consider a buy-out offer also.

    Great merchant, always pays.
