Merchant credit 680+, in business 35+ years at the same location. Business does 85k a month on average in revenue / 900-950k a year and has no advances on the books. He's looking for 150k for expansion. He owns the building the location is in, but only bought it 3 1/2 years ago so there isn't much equity and the value of the property isn't huge anyway. Having some issues with "industry" couple of companies put it in the category of "marijuana related"... Looking for a 2yr + term, and help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
