Ongoing loan with a local bank for slightly over $250k outstanding (5 years)

Looking to refinance. Preferably 15 years at a decent interest rate.

Property is owned by PA LLC. LLC was incorporated in 2009. LLC was purchased by Delaware C-Corp in July 2018. Revenues and profits have held steady post acquisition.

Please note: Directors of the purchasing entity (Delaware corporation) are foreign without SSN.
