salary for renewal rep
I know some are very anti giving a salary but what is the going rate now for a renewal rep ?

Taking care of renewals at an ISO shop is sweet $$$. Whatever Rep does them will be making bank. But i guess the salary would depend what your paying them for commission. Less Salary more commission or more salary less commission.
Every ISO ive worked at you want people focused on commission anyway, the salary is just enough to scrape by. Reps need to sell, sink or swim. Salary should be just enough to starve, but live.
