I don't want to turn this into a Lender bash but past few weeks anything that has been not A paper has been an uphill battle with some of our lenders that would typically not have issues. Are a lot of lower tier lenders running out of money or something?

there are many b-d type lenders so for anyone to accurately answer would be impossible
if you narrowed it to down to names im sure people can share there experience

Going out on a limb here, but all the B-D paper lenders typically have a COJ. Maybe its because of this smear campaign against the industry?

I cant talk about other firms financial situations. However Mantis Funding got the capital to fund all the B-Zzz paper the market is willing to send our way!

Cooper is a C/D funder and does not use a COJ. But there are many of competitors on this board doing the same everyday-
