my comment was in response to stay away from Par. We have never had relationship with Fundkite sent one deal while ago and it got backdoored this was about two years ago, firm decided not to work with them every again. im sure things have changed for the better and on the up and up but once that happens its hard to go back to a lender. Most likely lender had no knowledge of employee doing it, but at that same time that means lender does not have enough security in place to stop it from happening in the first place so they are also at fault that way I see it. The problem is, once you’ve built a bad rep, it’s hard to overcome it. There’s no excuse for the backdooring of files, but once it’s happened you can’t expect people to forgive. I won’t.
