Have only heard positive things about Arcarius so definitely use them on this deal if they already put in the work. In the future, you can send me any file for a reverse & I would be more than happy to give you an offer. We do it all in house and have a separate division that just focuses on these deals. As they say in many other aspects, "Size doesn't matter"....we can do over a Million.
