    Knight capital

    Any idea whats going on there?

    Have a deal with signed contracts and all the requested paper work into them since tuesday of last week

    they will not respond to emails or calls

    merchant has yet to hear from them either

    If i can match the offer, will you move the deal to me? I can probably fund it by the time they respond to you.

    Hopefully the deal is in my sandbox.

    appreciate the offer but looking more to see if someone maybe has any luck getting in touch with them today

    Lior -

    knight is in a ton of deals. i doubt they got there by ignoring ISO's.

    They did this to us on a deal with all signed docs/stips in/funding call completed. They then went completely dark after trying to reach them repeatedly when we did not receive a funding notice. 2 weeks after the funding call was completed and had we already funded the client elsewhere because of the lack of response, they disbursed the funds to the client without warning. Then they had to take the funds back and it was a mess. It's just puzzling because they have a quality mid-level program.

    yes they were on point till about the last month

    have funded several nice deals with them within 4-6 hours from contracts being sent

    they spit out offers quick but once you request contracts the time to close is taking way to long

    they sometimes answer sometimes not , i funded a couple of deals last week with them but have not been able to reach them today

    My guess is they have hit their Funding target for the month and are slow-rolling as much as possible to get a big start on December's number.

    I can't understand why any funder would do that unless they have capital constraints.

    Well i cant talk about other companies capital limits. I can tell you mantis is well fueled to win and fund every deal in our wheel box.
