I am a new iso (3 weeks) and on deck wont take me and catering is slightly restricted/high risk. His TIB is 10 years+ but doesnt have a lot of biz credit

I dont think cresthill will give me an 8-9 month term I was hoping more towards a buyout option as the previous lender that he has a current balance with is offering him 70k over 6 months
