As Long as Richmond/Ram is not in the deal ill take a look at it and get you an aggressive offer.

Your best shot for the highest funded amount is def Anthony, but if the merchants last funding isn't a 40 day deal, i can get really creative with a similar funding amount but a longer term / possible weekly payment.

Let me know if you want to try us.

What's the story with Richmond/Ram? I know Steve Reich is associated with Ram, and I haven't heard good things. But I guess I wasn't around for when funders stayed away from them

1 bounce and they file the COJ and ruin it for everyone else that is in the deal so they are first in line to collect.

This is exactly the issue with COJs which may lead to them being thrown out in court. COJs, which were the topic are an article that Sean post on LinkedIn, are intended to protect funders from fund. Filing a COJ without evidence of fraud (this can include unsuccessful attempts to contact the merchants), takes away due process from the merchant. I think that most funders exhaust all possible options before resorting to filing COJs but like anything it only takes a few bad apples who abuse the process.

Dude your pissing me off with all your post!

Which funder would come behind on a 4-5th position with a weekly payment, when the guy is paying daily’s?

Go fund your deals, stop bad mouthing everyone or I’ll get you a room with Marcus and add Psf to your bill!

I really don't - I decline deals in the "Deal Bin" more than i request them to be sent to me. Im not blindly copy pasting my pitch on daily funder like 9/10 funders do and im 100% truthful about everything we offer and everything we represent.

Our industry is full of bad apples, you shouldn't have a problem with me calling them out. You would be surprised at how creative an offer can get when a merchant has Clean Funders associated with it.
