Wild West
I've been noticing a lot of lenders/banks have been marketing "trigger leads" which in my opinion very shady and unethical. Pretty much what these MCA companies are doing are selling aged loan submissions as leads. Correct me if Im wrong but why the hell would I buy leads that more than likely I submitted to you??!! What are your thoughts on this and am I correct to assume thats exaclty what these MCA companies are doing??

That person is not an mca company. he is someone "hired" to do marketing I assume.
mca companies do not realease their files...they follow up on them for future deals which is why they have inside sales forces.
Sometimes A paper Loans will release them to mca as a referral
Also, a lot of lead sellers are bs artists ...they con people into buying glorified yellow page lists then they disappear with their rent money
BUT* once you turn a file over for a quote to a Funder lender ...you do not own it after 7-30 days, sometimes 60-90...some wont call no inside sales force.
Its legally theirs to call or do what they want
Some times a company will have a "mole" yellowstone arrested one or two...marched them out on the" walk of shame"..had them arrested
I think Wells Fargo had people opening up credit cards and bank accounts with out the clients approval as well. I do not think they were arrested thoughLast edited by Karen37a; 11-08-2018 at 02:22 PM.
