    I would imagine they lost because of a combination of speed and size of offers. We all know these merchants are working with multiple brokers. Or, if they aren’t working with multiple brokers when you get their file, they soon will be. So getting offers out before the next is crucial. Jake beats everyone in the industry with speed.     Mantis could learn from them. Not saying your underwriting is slow during the approval process, but it’s not necessarily fast. You guys do seem to provide offers into the evening at time, so kudos for that. But everything from your processes to your personal emails seem like something from a decade ago. Your personal emails — comic sans fonts, size 50 font, 10 different font colors and background colors (including magenta) — look ridiculous. The chain emails with “see below” and the 11 people CCd .... What is that? No reason Mantis shouldn’t change that immediately. And I say this with no intentions on being a prick (for once).

    Cant comment on developments but you'll be seeing some interesting things over 2019!

    You being pr? Dont be so hard on yourself

    FYI #1 thing to close deals isnt fancy font and portals. Its crediblity and Results

    You do not see people yelling about jake all over the place other than people saying ...he is fast to fund and underwrite
