QS has an awesome renewal and retention with the merchants you fund with them. Reach out to them and review and they will make sure you are up to date on deals you funded or up for renewal.

we had a deal that we submitted to QS a few months ago, went with another funder, and, recently found out they paid off said funder (QS did). This means more than likely they have an internal policy of calling leads that pass a certain date post submission. I think I read another post about this topic in general. All of the submissions by ISO's are entered whether through ISO on an online portal or by their own data entry team at each funder, so, the lead culmination overtime must be quite large funder to funder. looks like the reality is, if you submit a deal to let's say 3 funders for best offer, 1 will win, the other 2 won't this round, however, they keep the data on file and will solicit that merchant and try and undercut to win next round without having to pay a broker commission. As soon as the send button is hit with applications, its fair game it appears for those companies to solicit, some mention it on ISO agreement some don't. Its no longer YOUR merchant at that point as much as everyone wants to think it is. Lesson learned, next...
