Does any lender fund a merchant with no personal credit history? Needs only $5K

Merchant owns a coffee shop/small restaurant. He has credit accounts with vendors, but no credit accounts reported in his personal credit history. Monthly deposits range $7K-8K.

Is the merchant in Puerto Rico or the U.S.? I see your location is referencing San Juan, which is why I ask. If it's U.S. by all means send it here!
