Best Early Payoff Incentives Lender
Who give the best early payoff incentives on a 2nd position funding 200-300k?
Need it to go longer than 3 months.
Thank you

Sounds like you should be asking for lowest rate.

Getting 200-300k on a first position ( no real collateral) is generous...because Id never go in with my own money ...i could be bankrupted on One default. Even the best merchant can have a heart attack tomorrow
( I did have a merchant have a heart attack..I had them sign off on documents from the hospital bed to release funds from the processing to the funder...sigh. lol...sorry God for laughing he did survive and his business is great, making 200k a month now)
Now, this is the second position with more risk...For that reason, he is saying it might be best to look for the lowest rate aka did I stutter? lolLast edited by Karen37a; 10-30-2018 at 10:20 AM.

And this is what I am talking about. That person should not be an independent Iso. They should go thru a Super Iso or work inside an experienced office or co-brokered.
Because that 200k-300k sale has a high probability of being stolen or backdoored from him
it's not an early pay off discount,,,,its the 5 finger discount
And even it is not stolen if he shops it out all over town and doesn't close within 7-30 days then what
Some A paper companies do not need lead Generation...smart mouth brokers keep sending in files they cant close then come crying to me to pull the sale back out of the piranas den
this is the hot **** part...a few times I did it when I didn't want to the broker said...well you didn't do anything you dont deserve a commission and then it blew out onto the Daily Funder so I wont do it anymore and it blows out onto th DFLast edited by Karen37a; 10-30-2018 at 11:36 AM.

West its not as simple as getting an iso and sending in a file. If you do not know who to send it to and what the pricing is the merchant will go into the
"witness protection program"
Bottom line
Funders will hold your application for 7-30 days depending on the funder, and they consider it there's ( I think 30-60 days is fine because no one should have a lifetime hold on a merchant) and some are just going to backdoor you.
__
West do you think its ok for these brokers to keep sending files to someone who has no intention of funding it?
or brokers keep buying leads from India which are really just burnt yellow page lists?

i think Yalber has the best early payoff incentive - Principal only if paid off within first 2 months. I might be wrong on the time frame, correct me if i am.

this is true and even some of the ones who do it dont do it to people who do alot of business with them. And Strong salespeople have held onto their sales...lost a few ...the key is to know who is who. I just look at that and think someone owes me money
and my contention is.. while learning go to someone who has your best interest at heart if you can find them
Also, Funders got deals sent to debt relief from brokers who got pissed off. Not all of them got caught.

Someone in Florida recently went out of business and sold all of their files off to a few debt relief companies
like a massive calling bliz...we locked down our merchants...
Guess no one cares about those things

Expansion Capital has pretty agressive early payoffs.
