This client no doubt has an Amazon loan already, which is far better than an SBA, as their only collateral is going to be their inventory. It's sufficiently cheap and sufficiently manageable and it's sufficiently revolving (replaced itself) that they wouldn't want to replace it.

Beware for this deal being more complicated.
$1mm is a nice goal, but unless there's other forms of collateral, the client may not be really looking for $1mm at MCA rates. (Even if the client can make money from it!)
