I have a Deal on a $4M Commercial Building that currently has a SBA 1st on it at roughly $1.7M and has a $250,000 Hard Money 2nd.

The Client wants to pay off the $250K Second as it is owed to a friend, and pull an additional $350K to $400K to fund a development project he has going. Essentially he needs a total of $650K to $700K as a 2nd.
