Collateral Based funding options?
In cases a client does not qualify for much based on deposits, any lenders that would offer more or base loan just on collateral such as equipment or real estate?

99% of what our group does is leverage the line items on the balance sheet to get the clients the best possible result. If that means M&E, Inventory, PO's, AR, Real Estate- so be it. Our Partner Bank/Funder Network has over 200 relationships (not an exaggeration).

We can facilitate loans that leverage commercial real real estate.
