Capital Stack / Eprodigy claims to own the DF. If I'm misinformed I take back the statement.

Dont think I have ever seen either of those companies claim they own it. The CEO of those companies is a managing member, but have never seen either of those companies claim to own it. The king of please dont use my name in vain constantly comes here to try and throw shade on other companies.

To clarify, the merchant started bouncing two payments in (indicated below), and is considered in default for the 8 missed payments thereafter.

Per our executed ISO agreement, this $3K deal is in default and therefore commission is not paid. Additionally please note, this was our first deal together and threatening to go to DailyFunder unless commission is paid is egregious and only invites our legal team to review this for potential defamation.
