Do not pull me into your fights... they were calling you out offering money to know your name a short while ago.
#3 check the location of someone's office...if its in a house do not do business with them they are not as big as they "think" or claim to be.
Add. And I am from Ny...when the "call out" happened I called one of my exboyfriends( of 7 years) from that area and ozone park..i use to go bowling over there ( by force)...shut you and the other ones piker face alreadyLast edited by Karen37a; 11-13-2018 at 10:18 AM.

Just out of curiosity...does he still answer ? Is he still working there?
I do not have anything against him. I never dealt with him.
I did try to deal with the other one who longer works there a long time ago( once) ..we had a discussion on consolidations and what I do..

People need to slow their roll a bit when they are hopping from place to place claiming to be this big funder...again stepping on someone else's head trying to position themselves on a pedastal with no base.
Add. And I am tired of the "white label speak" ...the endless phone calls of ...if you want to make money you go with us...or keep not making money. I do not see you anywhere , who are you.... ( who I am is the person hanging up..get the fk off my phone)
Who the hell taught people to sell that way or recruit that way...for the love of Pete

Curiosity killed the cat my lady... Yes he does still answer & ML Factors told me they are still friends. He is no longer there but I wish him much success wherever he goes. Very talented guy. Enough with this talk, let's get back to funding these files.

David went from working for a lender to doing his own thing. Pretty soon he will he funding more then ml + midnight + a few others, combined.
Ambitious men chase money. You probably only make 20k-50k (thats how much i started making after sending David deals for high risk. 70%, of my deals are a/b paper. Use your imagination and work harder rather then hate little guy!!!) a month in commissions.
Go listen to ambition by Wale, or some eminem, and become more skillful in the art of the CLOSE, or find something you're good at (maybe you should go work for the new Pearl capital as a relationship manager! It might be your calling sunny boy!!).

I am turning into an old lady do not take the few rap songs l love away
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Yhyp-_hX2s
If you had
One shot
Or one opportunity
To seize everything you ever wanted
In one moment
Would you capture it
Or just let it slip?
His palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy
There's vomit on his sweater already, mom's spaghetti
He's nervous, but on the surface he looks calm and ready
To drop bombs, but he keeps on forgettin'
What he wrote down, the whole crowd goes so loud
He opens his mouth, but the words won't come out
He's chokin', how, everybody's jokin' now
The clocks run out, times up, over, blaow!
Snap back to reality, oh there goes gravity
Oh, there goes Rabbit, he choked
He's so mad, but he won't give up that easy? No
He won't have it, he knows his whole back city's ropes
It don't matter, he's dope, he knows that, but he's broke
He's so stacked that he knows, when he goes back to his mobile home, that's when its
Back to the lab again yo, this whole rhapsody
He better go capture this moment and hope it don't pass him
Success is my only mf option, failures not

Are you saying that the issues i had with ml are them and dave is a great guy or is this like a par situation, yeah you might get screwed but they still add 50k plus a month to you for deals you would have not funded elsewhere?

We are a small company that is flexible. When we can charge high fees and share with broker then we do that. If it’s a cleaner deal where the market is coming in much lower than we adjust as well. Bottom line is Chrome is quick, honest, does not require apps for offer, and is giving dollar amounts and terms that exceed what the competition is offering. We are noting without our broker partnerships and do what’s necessary to make them money and compete with other brokers.. Keep in mind this is only for 3-6 positions in need of 100k-750k same day. We are not very competitive on smaller deals or on first positions. Any questions can be directed to zack or david@chromecapitalfunding.com or you can visit chromecapitalfunding.com.

Is this 8 point fee on top of the 1.45-`1.50?
You said recently to me thanks for the non sense
so I am just trying to understand
Do you get 1.50? like 4 months? then charge 8 points psf fee? on top of the additional underwriting fees that may be charged?Last edited by Karen37a; 11-18-2018 at 10:56 AM.

I tried answering the question as accurately as possible. We will edge the market. We are flexible but if a merchant is taking deals from others are 10% fee over 40 days why would we do 2% fees over 120 payments? But on deals that need large $ it works for everyone. We just funded a merchant 200k following a YS 60k. Three weeks later we added another 50k and potentially another 50k. He’s a great merchant with a great broker that we are happy to be flexible for.
So that being said - you can make 20pts on a 40k stack or 8-10pts on a 250k stack - where are you making more money and where is the merchant netting more money?
And if you still don’t like the math or the offer than go with the 4k or your best next offer. We don’t need apps to underwrite so we hope there isn’t too much risk in getting an offer from us. Many large funders and brokers are happy with us. But perhaps the way we work isn’t for everyone?

Many large funders and brokers are happy with us, make a lot of money quickly with us and fully trust us. But perhaps the way we work isn’t for everyone? Maybe give us a shot if you have something that falls in our box.

However, we have given many approvals this month of 130 payments on 4th, 5th and 6th positions for the right brokers and merchants. We are also able to drop down to 1.399 sell rate. We try to be flexible for good merchants and good brokers. We have a lot of money to deploy for the right partners.

I get it
Depends on the deal and quality of merchant
lowest I am going down to is 1.25 ... 10 points 2 points on top
keep going kill it $
I give my isos 50_80% of the commission depending on their participation..some just hand over numbers and 1 application no docs and same with renewals ( lifetime )as long as they do not try to cut my throatLast edited by Karen37a; 11-18-2018 at 11:08 AM.
