Core Financial provides SBA loans for it's clients, but can only pay brokers 1 point of the funded volume. We also pay out $1500 upon completion of the funding, unless the merchant balks at the O-fee.

Not a huge moneymaker, but hey, if it's a million-dollar deal, it's better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.
