A Contract from SPG was sent to a Merchant (Referencing our Company) by Fast Advance Funding with a Fifth and Barnard PSF ACH Attached.

So what you are saying is that Fast Advance got the deal somehow, but what does this have to do with the other two companies B&F and SPG? You never sent it there to be back-doored from there.

The question I think is who did you send the deal to and then reverse engineer how Fast Advance (the company referencing you and closing the deal) got that deal.

They didnt close the deal. It was an attempt. Just the fact they referenced our company implicates them in knowingly backdooring the file.

And correct SPG could very well have no knowledge
