IOU just snatched one of my renewals, a rather large one. I'm curious to know if anyone else has this issue. Should I continue to refer to them, knowing that any renewal may be off the table?

So far we have never had a problem with them with renewals, but your post is making me nervous for the future lol.
I do recall a while back seeing their financials because they are a public company in Canada I believe (don't quote me on this, its been a long day and a long time since I saw the article), but they were definitely not profitable.

I assume you asked them about it, what was their reasoning for not paying you on the renewal?

You know how many times I've gotten and email stating "Already in-house" "Submitted by Another ISO" !!!!! ADVICE- Know the companies you are dealing with! Know your Rep! Call your Rep before you send a file! Have them do their job and look up and see if they have it before you send it and give them info on it.

ISO's you need to trust and feel secure with who you choose to do business with. BCC only works with ISO's - no games. No timetables and no "or else."

They are now paying Full commission on renewals on the total amount Not just the net
