    Defaulted In Past

    Have a merchant who has defaulted in past but had paid back and fulfilled the judgement, has resolution letter from lender. Has two locations roughly 80-100K a month between both. Defaults are from over a year ago, have a few offers, but was interested if anyone takes an honest stab at these deals, got good credit and balances as well.

    Because I am not giving the merchant a 30 day 1.50 with 10 points in fees making 4 points?
