This is for a trucking company (LOCAL HAULING) that does 1.7mm in annual sales. Good credit and over 8 years in business. The issue is that they have about 10 overdrafts fees (negative balances) on a monthly basis. They have 2 small MCAs with small balances. Despite the negative balances, they have never missed a payment on their daily ACH due to the overdraft protection.

You're options are as follows:

1. Leaseback if they own assets (trucks, trailers with equity etc). Likely best play if they are doing 1mm+ annual, commissions can be close to MCA payouts with the right lender.

2. A/R Factoring with a transportation specific facility (good residual payouts)

3. If they process CC's (unlikely) do a cc split / lockbox (opportunity to onboard cc processing and mca commission)
