Lenders Funding deals less than 10k/ Monthly Deposits

Most lenders have a 10k/month min for their programs, well at least the ones we work with.

Anyone work or have a lender that is willing to do a starter loan on a client (Georgia) with 5-7k Monthly Deposits, No CC sales?

Yes that's correct we underwrite and process thousands of Micro files per month and fund them back-to-back (or side by side as we have a department of half a dozen) just making funding calls to these size files)....

You guys only offer an MCA product to ISO's or do you also have micro loan options?
